Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software errors, money laundering, and underage gaming are all strictly prohibited. sc777 uses fraud detection systems and manual review processes. Accounts involved in any prohibited activity are suspended immediately, with balances held pending investigation.
sc777 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools in every player's Account Settings. 1.1 By accessing, registering on, or using the sc777 platform at sc777.co (the "Website"), including all games, services, promotional offers, and features available thereon, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, the sc777 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional terms and conditions applicable to specific promotions or services, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
1.2 This Agreement applies to all persons who access or use the sc777 platform in any capacity, including registered account holders and unregistered visitors who access public sections of the Website. Registered account holders are additionally subject to all terms governing account conduct, financial transactions, bonus participation, and game play.
1.3 sc777 reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Website and/or by email or SMS notification to registered users. 1.4 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
3.1 To be eligible to register an sc777 Account, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gaming is lawful; (c) not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by sc777 or any other gaming operator; (d) not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of sc777; and (e) not have had a previous sc777 Account closed for a Terms violation.
3.2 Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile telephone number, email address, and residential address. You represent and warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and accurate.
3.3 sc777 requires all Accounts to undergo Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — accepted documents include PhilSys (Philippine Identification System ID), driver's licence, passport, SSS ID, UMID, or PRC ID. KYC verification may be required before a Withdrawal is processed, and must be completed within a reasonable period of Account opening.
3.4 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active sc777 Account at any time. Registration of multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. sc777 reserves the right to close all but one Account and, in cases of deliberate duplication to exploit promotional offers, to forfeit all associated Balances.
3.5 sc777 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sc777 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 You must notify sc777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. sc777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials or from your disclosure of credentials to a third party.
4.3 sc777 will never contact you to request your password or two-factor authentication code. Any communication claiming to be from sc777 that requests your login credentials is fraudulent. You should report such communications to sc777 support immediately.
4.4 sc777 reserves the right to suspend an Account and require re-verification of identity if unusual or suspicious login activity is detected, including logins from atypical geographic locations or devices.
4.5 You must ensure your Account contact information — particularly your registered Philippine mobile number and email address — remains current and accurate at all times. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may delay Account recovery, two-factor authentication delivery, and identity verification processes.
5.1 sc777 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available payment methods may change and are displayed in the Deposit section of your Account. All accepted payment methods are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise specified.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Daily deposit limits may be set by the Player in Account Settings as a responsible gaming measure; Player-set limits cannot be immediately increased — an increase takes effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling period.
5.3 Deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including another person's GCash, bank account, or e-wallet — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the original source.
5.4 sc777 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances. sc777 does not accept deposits from credit cards issued by Philippine banks unless processed through an approved intermediary e-wallet.
5.5 Deposited funds do not earn interest for the period they are held in a Player's sc777 Account Balance.
5.6 sc777 reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the registered Account holder or that triggers anti-money laundering compliance thresholds.
6.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to fund the Account wherever technically possible. sc777 applies a source-matching policy in compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations: funds deposited via GCash will be withdrawn to the same GCash account; funds deposited via BPI will be returned to the same BPI account. Where the original deposit method is no longer available, sc777 may request additional verification before processing via an alternative method.
6.2 Withdrawals via GCash and Maya are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank) are typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes. Processing times are indicative and may be extended during periods of high volume or during maintenance windows. sc777 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
6.3 Before any Withdrawal is approved, the Account must have completed KYC verification. sc777 reserves the right to request updated or additional documentation for Withdrawals above certain thresholds, in compliance with PAGCOR AML requirements and BSP guidelines for Philippine financial transactions.
6.4 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only cash Balance — funds derived from real-money deposits and winnings generated after applicable wagering requirements have been met — is eligible for Withdrawal. The Account wallet interface distinguishes between cash Balance and Bonus Funds at all times.
6.5 sc777 reserves the right to delay or withhold a Withdrawal pending completion of fraud review or regulatory compliance checks. Where a Withdrawal is withheld for this reason, sc777 will notify the Player and provide a reasonable estimate of the review period.
7.1 sc777 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general terms in this Section and to the specific terms of each individual promotion, which are published alongside the promotion offer.
7.2 Wagering RequirementsAll Bonus Funds credited to an Account are subject to Wagering Requirements before the corresponding amount (or winnings derived therefrom) may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, qualifying games, game contribution rates (which may be less than 100% for certain game types), minimum qualifying bet size, maximum bet size during active bonus wagering, and time period within which the requirement must be completed are all specified in the promotion-specific terms.
7.3 Different game types contribute differently to Wagering Requirements. Live casino games and table games typically contribute at a lower rate (or may not contribute at all) toward Wagering Requirements on slot-focused bonuses. The contribution table for each active bonus is accessible in the Player's Account bonus section.
7.4 sc777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that: (a) the bonus was claimed in breach of this Agreement or the promotion-specific terms; (b) the Account was used in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational play; or (c) coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, or other bonus abuse strategies were employed.
7.5 Bonuses are intended for recreational Players only. sc777 reserves the right to exclude any Account from participation in any promotion or loyalty programme at its discretion. Professional gamblers, those who wager with the primary intent of extracting value from promotional offers, and those whose play patterns indicate systematic bonus exploitation are not the intended recipients of sc777's promotional offers.
7.6 Promotional offers may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. sc777 will provide reasonable notice of material changes to ongoing promotions where technically feasible.
8.1 All games available on the sc777 platform are governed by the individual game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, the game-specific rules shall govern for matters specific to gameplay; this Agreement shall govern for all matters relating to accounts, financial transactions, and general conduct.
8.2 sc777's Random Number Generator (RNG) games use independently certified and audited RNG systems. The outcome of each game round is generated randomly and cannot be influenced by the Platform or the Player. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages based on independent testing and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
8.3 Live dealer games are hosted and streamed from monitored studio environments. sc777 is not responsible for the actions of individual dealers operating within studio environments managed by third-party game providers; however, all live dealer providers engaged by sc777 are subject to certification and regulatory requirements.
8.4 In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, sc777's systems will attempt to complete the round using the last received bet instruction. Where this is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Balance. sc777 is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the Player's own internet connection or device.
8.5 Malfunction voids all pays and plays. Where a game error, software bug, or technical malfunction results in an incorrect game outcome or an erroneous credit to a Player's Balance, sc777 reserves the right to correct the error and reclaim any incorrectly credited amounts, regardless of whether the Player has already wagered those funds.
8.6 Minimum and maximum bet sizes vary by game and are displayed within the game interface. sc777 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sc777 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
10.1 All content on the sc777 platform — including but not limited to the sc777 name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of sc777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and database rights.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sc777 platform for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform; create derivative works based on platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software; or use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools against the platform.
10.3 Any use of sc777 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorisation from sc777 is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sc777 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) losses arising from the acts or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers; (c) losses arising from your breach of this Agreement; (d) losses arising from gambling outcomes, which are inherently variable and subject to chance.
11.2 sc777's total aggregate liability to any Player under this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall in no event exceed the amount of the Player's cash Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.
11.3 Nothing in this Agreement excludes sc777's liability for: death or personal injury caused by sc777's negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by sc777; or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
11.4 The sc777 platform and all games and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sc777 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of game outcomes (beyond the operation of certified RNG systems), or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
12.1 sc777 is committed to responsible gaming and the wellbeing of all Players. All gaming on the sc777 platform is restricted to adults aged 21 years and older, in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. sc777 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
12.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players in Account Settings:
12.3 sc777 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions — including deposit limits, loss limits, or Account suspension — at its discretion where it identifies indicators of problem gambling behaviour in a Player's Account activity.
12.4 If you feel that your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, please contact sc777 live chat support immediately or refer to our Responsible Gaming page for further resources and guidance.
13.1 sc777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) sc777 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or regulatory authority instruction; (c) sc777 suspects the Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or AML non-compliant activity; (d) the Account holder has requested closure or self-exclusion; or (e) the Account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 3.
13.2 On suspension for a suspected breach, sc777 will investigate the matter as promptly as practicable. If the investigation confirms a material breach, sc777 may permanently close the Account and forfeit the Balance. If the investigation determines no breach, the suspension will be lifted and the Balance returned to the Player.
13.3 Where an Account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary closure or regulatory closure), any remaining cash Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method following completion of any pending KYC or AML checks.
13.4 A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting sc777 live chat support. Before closure, the Player should withdraw any remaining Balance. Accounts with zero Balance may be closed within 24 hours of a closure request.
14.1 In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the sc777 platform, you should first contact sc777's customer support team via the 24/7 live chat function. sc777 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to resolve the majority of disputes within five (5) business days of the initial complaint.
14.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through sc777's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority with oversight of sc777's Philippine online gaming operations.
14.3 Disputes relating to individual game outcomes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the game round in question. Game logs, transaction records, and session data are retained for a minimum of twelve (12) months and may be used to investigate disputed outcomes.
14.4 sc777's decision on any dispute, following the completion of its internal review process, shall be final and binding unless overturned by a regulatory authority or competent Philippine court.
15.1 This Agreement, and any dispute arising under it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and BSP guidelines as they relate to online gaming and payment operations.
15.2 You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution procedure in Section 14 and that requires judicial resolution.
15.3 sc777 operates the sc777 platform for players in the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of this Agreement. sc777 is not responsible for compliance with local laws in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
16.1 sc777 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Amendments will be published on the Website with the date of the most recent revision noted at the top of this document.
16.2 For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights, obligations, or financial exposure — sc777 will provide advance notice of at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, via the email address or mobile number registered to your Account where reasonably practicable.
16.3 Your continued use of the sc777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your Account and withdraw your Balance before the amendment's effective date.
